Dr. Kristen Nawrotzki teaches at the University of Education in Heidelberg, Germany and is a Senior Research Fellow at the Early Childhood Research Centre at the University of Roehampton in London, UK. Her research and publications focus on ideologies of motherhood and of childhood, early education, parent/school relations, related social policies in the 19th-21st centuries, especially in the UK, USA, and Germany.
